Haddock lives in the North Atlantic Ocean. In the eastern parts of the Atlantic ocean it lives in the Arctic ocean and Barents sea all the way south to the Bay of Biscaya. Haddoc lives all around Iceland. It's found in greater numbers by the southern and western coastlines than in the coald ocean by the north and east coastlines. Haddock can often be found in great numbers by Ingiolfshofdi, Dyrholaey, the Westman islands and in the bay's Faxafloi, Breidafjordur and Isafjardardjup. Haddock lives in shallow waters and is a demersal fish living in 10-200 meters depth and sometimes deeper in clay or sandy bottoms.
